Every post, page and ad is judged by one number: did it put a client in your chair?
Your time is the product.
You should be treating clients, not editing videos at midnight. I take that off your plate.
Put it in writing.
Clear deliverables, monthly reports and a guarantee. If it does not work, I carry the risk.
